On my recent promo trip to Israel, I spent some time documenting the skate scene in Jerusalem. Pretty mental place but the people I was with were wicked and I had a rad time. The city has always been divided by religion, Jews, Muslim, Christian, Armenian, and so this is only going to create a fucking strange place. The one thing that was refreshing to to experience was the skaters attitude. If you were a skater or liked skating, that was alright, regardless of religion colour wealth whatever. And these guys are often regarded as outcasts by the authorities. What the fuck??? More later....
